ANGEL AT THORNROSE CEMETERY
A nearby cemetery provides a quiet and beautiful place for walking and little to no car traffic. In the past, there were a lot of children’s deaths, often marked with an angel or lamb. (My mother lost a brother in childhood to a disease that we have now conquered.) I found this angel, with large trees and leaning stones in the background to be especially tender.
